Tip 1: Tips to Confidently Talk About Your New Pricing
by Patti Fagan of Patti Fagan Coaching

Does the thought of raising your rates make you nervous? If so, you’re not alone. Most women have difficulty talking about money—especially raising their rates. Here are three tips to confidently raise your rates:
1-Practice in the mirror. There’s something powerful about looking yourself in the eye and declaring your new pricing. The more you say your rates out loud (not in your head), the more natural it will roll off your tongue.
2-Smile. Whether you’re on Zoom, the phone, or writing an email, smile when you state your rates. Your tone of voice changes when you smile and it will come through when talking about your pricing.
3-Work on your mindset. When it comes to raising your fees, you’ll yield better results after you do the inner work of aligning your mindset with your new prices. Have you explored your mental blocks around owning your worth? How about your limiting beliefs around money? If not, start there; it will help you be more confident.

Tip #2: Why would you want to expand ideas of worship?
by Donna K Fitch of Making Glory
Answer: Just as people learn in diverse ways, so, too, do people have diverse ways of participating in community during worship. Some experience best through hearing a sermon or singing along. Others want to engage other senses–smell, touch, taste. The visual arts give that opportunity to feel a part of community through all their senses.
About Donna: Author, artist, researcher, thirsty learner. Focused now on expanding ideas of worship practices to include the visual arts. I received a university grant for my online magazine, Making Glory. Find out more about Donna at: https://makingglory.com
Tip #3: May we use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to create and publish books and other products to sell on Amazon?
Connie Ragen Green of Small Business UnMarketing with Connie Ragen Green
Yes, Amazon’s KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) platform has embraced AI fully! They’ve added a new section to their content guidelines focused on AI, which now includes definitions of “AI-generated” and “AI-assisted” content and states that sellers are not required to disclose when content is AI-assisted. This includes any artificial intelligence from ChatGPT or similar applications and pertains to text, images, and translations as well. I believe this is a huge step forward for all of us as creators and publishers.
[A word of caution. Before publishing content with AI to Amazon, be sure to read their rules and content guidelines on this topic.]

Tip #4: How can I enjoy Living the Dream without stress or worry and discover how to feed my inner core belief system?
By PaTrisha-Anne Todd of Coaching Leads To Success

The key to Being, Doing, and Having more in life is to decide to change the status quo. It will be challenging at times because life can be busy with just living, but believe me, the simple decision to be active and experience a more satisfying lifestyle works. Magic happens when committing to creating a transformation. Simply, choose to switch on your imagination button and begin to see in your mind’s eye how your life could look, then follow the trail backward to now. That’s right, begin traveling backward in time so you can see what you did and didn’t do along the way. With this process, you will arrive quickly and with ease to where you want to be.
You’ll be amazed at the ideas and solutions that pop into your mind on how to achieve your goals. With practice, you’ll gain clarity of vision and the knowledge of Being, Doing, and Having.
I call this process the P.A.T.s growth tool and I know it will support you as you commit to and enjoy living the dream!

Tip #5: Can We Actually Find Peace & Purpose In Life?
By Kelly McCausey of Me Skills
I know well the search for peace and purpose in life. I know well that feeling (fear) that I’ll never feel successful or know true acceptance from others. I spent the first 40+ years of my life trying desperately to fit in and be liked. I worked with the only tools I’d ever known. Control what I can, manipulate what I can, hide what I have to and hope nobody sees the real me.
It was freaking exhausting and at the end of every project that I managed to create some success for – I still felt less than. I couldn’t/wouldn’t really celebrate anything because I had nagging doubts about whether I deserved it. Only when I stopped looking outside for validation and started to work on ME – did I begin to find the fulfillment I craved. Through more than a decade of coaching, healing, learning & growing – I’ve been able to create a life I feel at home in.
About Kelly: Kelly McCausey is a Content Creator and Coach passionate about helping you share yourself with others. Knowing how is only half the battle. Having a powerful mindset based on self love and compassion is what really make everything finally possible. Self development isn’t a buzz topic or niche market – it’s a life’s work – and it’s so worthy of our time and energy. Find out more about Kelly at: https://meskills.com
Why Can’t I Stay Faithful to a Health Eating Regimen? Surreptitious Donuts… What?! Whatever your weakness for a treat or a snack is, give yourself grace if you find you’re disappointed in yourself. My weakness happens to be donuts, and I don’t usually share when I’ve eaten one. It’s not a good food choice by any standard, but my point with this is to regroup and get back on track. The people who are most successful with crafting a healthy eating lifestyle don’t get angry with themselves and give up. They give themselves grace and get back on track. It’s a process and definitely not a straight line!

Thank you, for this opportunity D’vorah! I’ll answer the question: What are the benefits of journaling for self-growth? It’s common knowledge and you probably won’t be surprised when I say that one of the best tools for self-growth is keeping a journal. But the type of journalling that I’m talking about is done in a very deliberate manner. It’s like writing a book for yourself- one that you’ll want to read over and over again. One that will inspire you and remind you of the things you want to accomplish in your life.
Here are some ideas of things you might want to record in it:
– your accomplishments and victories-reading through these at a later date will encourage you to keep working on your goals
– life-changing or meaningful information you receive from conversations with others, books you read, or podcasts you heard
– good things that happened to you-gifts or compliments you received, or prayers that were answered
– your dreams- no matter how big or outrageous (yes, write them down!)
– Important life lessons- situations that happened in your life and what you learned from them
There are many different kinds of journals but this one is meant to motivate you and remind you of your goals and important life lessons you’ve learned along the way.

What a splendid mix of tips from healthy to mind-set. A whole gambit of thought provoking prose. D’vorah thank you for setting this up and encouraging each and every one of us to share our brilliance!
I have been thinking outside of the box, which by the way I do regularly, about a possible collection of educational tips that would make an ideal Kindle read – a book in the making.
