Challenge Description
When someone is grieving a loss, no matter the nature of loss, they feel overwhelmed and unfocused. My challenge FROM SORROW TO SERENITY: 21 STEPS FROM GRIEF TO PEACE offers a simple daily tip grievers can use for three weeks. Followed consistently, this can be a roadmap a griever uses to find their way out of the wilderness of loss and back into the realm of serenity.
My challenge is formatted into 3 modules: Body, Mind, and Spirit. For 7 days a week, my challenge participant will focus on one module at a time and take the steps toward inner peace.
Description of the Audience for Your Challenge. Who are they and how will they benefit from your challenge? (Up to 150 words.)
My primary audience is women in midlife who are grieving a loss, no matter the shape, size or form of the loss they’re struggling through.
If followed consistently, the 21 steps will definitely open up a space for peace in a griever’s overwhelmed life. It is a clear map of what to do first and what to do next and next and next over 21 days. Three weeks of a daily practice that nourishes body, mind, and spirit definitely creates shift. They will feel more centered and calm and in control of their lives. These practices can be continued well beyond the time frame of the challenge. When they become a part of daily routine, these practices establish lifelong habits that support well-being.
What have you enjoyed most about the Challenge Creation Experience Program.
“I loved the training D’vorah provided where I understood the process of creating a challenge in a step-by-step format. Being part of a loving and supportive community went a long way in keeping me on track. More than anything, I had so much fun creating this challenge…and I know I will create many more as time goes by.”
